The location was superb for shopping, right in the heart of Pratunam with endless shopping opportunities, but the room I got was really disappointing with a bad smell, dirty walls, and a noisy AC. The service was a bit lacking in friendliness, especially with the reception and the taxi service, but the woman receptionist was nice. The dining options were below average, and the facilities didn't leave a good impression overall.
